Registration Information

To register for Composition 1 offered by Bellevue University and the Omaha Homeschool Learning Center:

1) Fill out the Bellevue University registration form and mail it in with a payment of $270.
2) You may want to have your child sign a FERPA release form. If signed by the student, the instructor can talk with parents regarding grades, progress, etc. Without a signed form, no information of this nature can be released. Ignore the information about the student ID #. They will be assigned one once we have registered them into the BU system. Dr. Michels reminds us that "students cannot be coerced in any way into signing this form." 3) Please complete a registration form for the Omaha Homeschool Learning Center and include a payment of $25. (The total cost to you for the three-hour class will be $275: $225 tuition plus a $45 administrative fee, as well as a $25 fee charged by the Learning Center).

After you enroll, more details will be sent to you about the class as we come closer to the starting date.

A reminder that the class will be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30-3:45 at Bellevue University's west campus, just off 120th and Maple, beginning August 26th and ending November 13th. In order to be able to offer this class, we will need a minimum number of students enrolled, so please do not delay in registering.

We had hoped to have one other class this fall, but I felt that there was insufficient time to be sure that it met all of our careful criteria. By spring session, we should have several classes to offer.
