PE Ages 6-10: Students engage in aerobic exercise through games and activities, including relays, balloon sports, traditional exercise, and more. Students improve motor skills, learn sportsmanship, and have fun! Note: this class will be held in a large open room rather than the gymnasium. Ages 10-14: Students engage in aerobic exercise through games and activities, including kickball, dodgeball, football, basketball, and more. Students are also taught techniques and specific skills of sports, while improving motor skills, learning sportsmanship, and having fun! |
