Illness
Although any public area increases exposure to germs, we ask that contagious children not attend classes.
Colds are unavoidable, but children with a fever, severe cough, or any infectious disease should remain at home.
A child with a fever should not attend classes for at least 24 hours after they no longer have a fever, without the use of fever-reducing medicine.
If they have a rash that may be contagious, including fluid-filled sores, honey-colored crusts, or are rapidly spreading or are accompanied by fever or other illness.
Non-contagious conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, heat rash, and hives are exempt from this policy.
