THEATER WORKSHOPS!
For the first time ever, summer theater workshops! Add a zing to your summer with workshops in May, June, and July. Each month is a stand-alone class having a different focus and new activities. We will have fun with theater and improvisation games, do serious work on in-depth character development, and gain valuable insights with audition coaching and practice audition readings. It’s a great way to hone your dramatic skills, not to mention connect with friends over the summer! Separate workshops are available for 10-14-year-olds and 14-19-year-olds. WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOME GOOD TEACHERS!
The Learning Center is preparing for our fall semester. Teachers are paid $20 per hour with super priority registration and free childcare available for kids 5 and under. You don’t need to be certified, just knowledgeable and excited about sharing your passion in active, child-centered classes.
Preschool: STORY n SNACK and PETTING ZOO for 3–5-year-olds.
6–10-year-olds: ART, BALLET, HANDS-ON ENGINEERING, LIVE ANIMAL CLASS and CHESS.
10–14-year-olds: ART, HANDS-ON SCIENCE, WRITING, CAKE DECORATING, HANDS-ON ENGINEERING, ESCAPE ROOM, HAND SEWING and CAR CARE.
High School: ART, DRAWING, CHEMISTRY, CAKE DECORATING, LITERATURE, HISTORY, WRITING, MICROSOFT OFFICE, FINANCIAL PEACE, PHYSICS and CAR CARE.

FALL 2024 REGISTRATION
Registration for the fall semester will begin June 1st for volunteers and June 15th for everyone else. You can sign up for updates by text or email to get a heads-up when the new schedule is available for your perusal. Our fall semester runs twelve weeks, beginning Sept. 4th and ending Nov. 20th.
LAST DAYS
April 17th: 12-week classes end.
May 1st: 14-week classes end.

PICNIC!
The Learning Center Picnic will be May 8th from 3-7pm so that the whole family can join us. We’ll be in Elmwood Park, by the playground, just south of UNO. We will provide hot dogs, lemonade, and paper products. Please bring a side dish or a dessert. Learning Center alumni are always welcome.

FREE PLAY!
The Learning Center Middle-School play, The Entire American Revolution in 50 Minutes or Less
Will be performed April 20th at 2:00pm and 5:30pm at St. Columkille Catholic School parish center/gym, 224 E 5th St, Papillion.
