Hi all!

1. THE FIRST TUITION INSTALLMENT will be charged on October 7th (unless you paid the full amount when registering). This will be charged to the payment method that you selected. The merchant ID may appear as “4025414829.”

—No action is required on your part unless…

–If your credit card needs to be updated, please do so before Oct. 7th. Go into your Amilia account and follow the instructions found here: Manage your payment methods in your wallet

2. SCHOOL PICTURES ARE HERE! They will be available for pickup on Wednesdays between 9:00 and 3:00. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE CHURCH OR ENTER THE OFFICE AT ANY TIME,

They will be in a clearly marked container on a round table to your left as you enter. If you did not order pictures on picture day but are interested, you may use the proof sheet in the package to order. If you have a concern with your order, contact Lifetouch using the information in the package.

3. SCHOOL PICTURES TAKE TWO: Oct.16th from 1-4pm in the far south end of the lobby (where the front table usually is). 

4. ABSENCES: There’s no need to report an absence to us unless you have a volunteer duty. However, students in graded classes should contact their teacher. (See “Contact a Teacher” at omahahomeschool.com)

5. CALENDAR (always available online at omahahomeschool.com)

Oct. 16^th:  Second Picture Day, 1-4pm

Nov. 18^th: Second installment payment automatically charged (if applicable).

Nov. 20^th: 12-week classes end

Nov. 20th or so:  Spring Classes published. Probably.

Nov. 27th:  No classes (Thanksgiving break)

Nov. 29th or so:  Volunteer registration begins. Probably.

Dec. 11^th: 14-week classes end:  American Government, Biology, British Literature, Chemistry, General Science, Geography (ages 14-18), Physical Science, Psychology, Spanish I (ages 13-18), and Spanish 2 (ages 13-19).

Dec. 11th or so:  General registration begins. Probably.
