Hello wonderful volunteers!
We’re excited for a new semester at the Learning Center!
Please read the following carefully and REPLY BY JAN. 6th.
Volunteer confirmation
You indicated on your registration form that you or your child would like to volunteer. Please confirm this by replying “yes.”
If you are no longer volunteering, please reply “no,” and we will adjust your invoice.
Be sure your first and last name appear somewhere in your reply.

Review your volunteer information
I’ve included a chart of your volunteer information at the bottom of this email (and an attachment as well).
Kids: Indicates whether an adult volunteer has very young children who must remain with them while volunteering.
Available: Lists the times the volunteer is available to work.
Max: Indicates the total number of hours the volunteer is willing to work each Wednesday.
(For example, you may be available at 10, 11, and 12, but only wish to work two of those hours.)
We will review your preferences listed in the comments; however, we must ultimately do what is best for the Learning Center.
If it is imperative that you volunteer in your child’s class, please mention the class in your reply, as this is not always possible.

Corrections or changes
If any of this information is incorrect or has changed, please let us know the correct information.
Also, please let us know if your name is listed but your child is actually the volunteer.
If your child is volunteering and does not appear on the list, please let us know and complete the appropriate volunteer form.

Young Tae Kwon Do conflict
If your child is enrolled in Tae Kwon Do (ages 5–7) at 12:00 pm and you are volunteering at 12pm, will you need to step away to drop them off? Please let us know.
